Today, we celebrate Annemieke Gregory, Ilze Oosthuizen, and Nikila Koen as they step into their new roles as Associates within our team. Each of these remarkable women exemplifies our mantra of People, Passion, Purpose, and their hard work, determination, and leadership will play an instrumental role in shaping the future of Zuydam.
Meet Our New Associates
Annemieke Gregory
Annemieke began her career in law but soon transitioned into a tax compliance officer role at Zuydam Konsult, where she discovered her passion for helping clients navigate complex tax and financial systems. Her success in this role paved the way for her promotion to Director and now, Associate, overseeing the growth of Zuydam’s Dutch branch and managing tax, accounting, and payroll services.
“I am honoured to step into the role of Associate and continue strengthening the collaboration between our Dutch and South African offices. Together with my team, I am focused on delivering practical solutions that address our clients’ needs. Helping to improve our clients’ financial well-being is both rewarding and motivating, and I am committed to finding effective, innovative solutions. I look forward to contributing to Zuydam’s ongoing growth and success.”
Ilze Oosthuizen
In her role as the Accounting and Assurance Manager at Zuydam, Ilze applied her CA(SA) qualification and practical experience to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. She plays a key role in providing reliable financial services and overseeing the accuracy of client financial reports. Ilze’s passion for mentoring junior clerks and her ability to work across diverse industries from healthcare to retail, has contributed to her growth within Zuydam.

Nikila Koen
Nikila started her career in 2014, completing her SAICA articles at a firm in Bellville. After achieving significant milestones, including earning her honours degree and passing the first board exam, Nikila was promoted to Practice Manager at Zuydam Konsult in 2023. In this role, she manages the SAICA department, overseeing office compliance, staff training, and performance reviews while ensuring effective client interactions.
